Prize is used by HorseWorld Bristol on a number of their resident horses. HorseWorld is dedicated to rescuing, rehoming and rehabilitating horses, ponies and donkeys. The charity currently has around 142 horses at HorseWorld and some 300 out on loan.
Sarah, who’s a husbandry groom for HorseWorld, explains how they use Prize on Bella and Victor- two veteran horses: “We use Prize on a number of our other horses but find it’s great for veterans whose coats can look at little bit dull. Bella and Victor are over 30 and when we’re getting them ready for open day, we tend to tidy them up, give them a bath and then spray them with Prize. It seems to act like a coat conditioner and gives the coat a bit of a shine- it also seems to condition my hands too- which is a nice extra!”
Prize has lots of other uses too, helping to improve the coat’s natural appearance and condition is just one of them.
My mare has always had a scurfy mane in the winter however well I groomed her. Thanks to Equisoothe it is soft and silky and dandruff free and I only use it once a week, so it is very economical . Brilliant stuff.

I have used Prize for several years now, first on my cob that had terrible sweet itch. I found that Prize kept the skin moist so that there was less flaky skin that made her rub her mane and tail raw. She now keeps a clean coat and a long mane and tail. My 13hh show pony is fully clipped in winter. I use Prize to keep his coat free from dirt and Dandruff, the clippers glide through his coat a lot easier now. I would recommend Prize to anyone whether they are competing or just hacking out. It makes life a lot easier. From Jackie, Hollies Farm Stables
